This stunning Zimmer Golden Spirit two-door coupe, one of only a few hundred ever produced, came to our shop for a complete interior restoration and Landau hardtop reupholstery. We used a golden beige smooth-grain Nappa leather and a tawny suede throughout the interior to create a luxurious and inviting space.

The newly reupholstered dark brown Landau top perfectly complements the golden beige interior, giving the Zimmer Golden Spirit a truly elegant look. We remade/reupholstered all of the interior surfaces, including the front and rear seats, doors, quarter panels, kick panels, pillars, console cover, visors, and headliner. The visors are unique in that they use a combination of materials to create a luxe custom detail. We also recarpeted the interior and made matching floor mats.

The Zimmer Golden Spirit, produced from 1981 to 1988, is one of the most iconic neo-classic cars ever produced. Known for its extravagant features and luxurious interior, the Zimmer Golden Spirit was based on a Ford Mustang chassis but with a number of modifications, including a lengthened wheelbase, wider fenders, and a neo-classical design. It was a popular choice among celebrities and people who could afford the $100K+ price tag in the 1980s, including Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, and Elton John.
